The sword Zoro got from Kuina, Wado Ichimonji.

Between this, Kitetsu and Yubashiri, this sword was the easiest to make. The sword is made of poplar while the sheath is made of pine.

Now for the details:

Handle- The endcap details are simply paperclay. I put a hole through the end of the handle for the wrap to go through. Then I just wraped it using some white ribbon.

Tsuba- Very simple. The bevelled part is made of craft plywood.

Sheath- The sheath was made out of 2 pieces of wood hollowed out using a chisel and then lined with a thin suede fabric called I think parké. After gluing the pieces together I planed and then rounded using a palm sander and 50 grit sandpaper. The endcap is simply paperclay.
