Dragon Ball- Goku's boots

These are the boots that Goku wears at the end of Dragon Ball/beginning of DBZ. Anyways, what I did for these was I used a pair of knockoff uggs as a base and then made boot covers out of microsuede. My original plan was to dye them but that completely failed(and a good thing too, these look over 9000 times better).

After the covers were done I attached them with Shoe Goo and then sewed the top of the covers to the boots. After that I glued the bias tape onto them with more Shoe Goo(I couldn't find the Goop). I sewed on the bias tape around the top. I think that about covers how I made them. If there's anything I didn't explain please feel free to ask questions.
